Our approach
At Frias Helping Community Inc., Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are provided by a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). ABA treatment focuses exclusively on behavior change, skill acquisition, and measurable functional outcomes using evidence-based behavioral principles.
Separately, we also provide individual therapy services delivered by licensed mental health counselors and clinicians to support emotional wellness, coping skills, and personal development when clinically appropriate. These services operate independently from ABA and follow their own clinical treatment plans, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines.
Our organization is committed to high clinical standards, ethical practice, family collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and measurable outcomes across all services. Families benefit from access to multiple service lines within one organization while maintaining clear clinical boundaries between disciplines.
Comprehensive services
We offer ABA therapy in home, school, daycare, and community settings. Additionally, we collaborate with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health professionals, offering expressive therapies like art and music when appropriate. Our interdisciplinary approach ensures comprehensive support for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
